R A T E S I N F O R M A T I O N

Aquila Retreat has a 2-night minimum booking requirement

Aquila’s nightly rate is $3,350 per night for up to 30 guests.

Discounts are given for longer stays, excludes Christmas and public holidays.

There is a cleaning, linen and ancillary charge of $1,450

44 hours is required to clean just the interior of Aquila Retreat and a further 20 hours to clean the alfresco areas. Aquila commits to a standard of cleaning suitable for royalty.

When an event is to be held at the property a $1,500 event fee is charged and you must hire a minimum of 1 Aquila trained personal event assistant. Cost for this service is $500.

Aquila recommends 1x Aquila trained personal assistant is hired, for every 30 guests in attendance.

You may host an event at Aquila for up to 80 persons (more by arrangement)

You must be staying at Aquila Retreat in order to host an event.
